Dragon Monarchs

Dragon Monarchs are those dragons who considered to be the King, Queen, Emperor, Empress, etc of their respective species. At times these Dragons can be seen as deities or simply powerful dragons who are considered to be the most powerful among their kind and have absolute power over them. At times however, this can be simply a title to those who have been considered to be the most feared and powerful among their kind that they manage to attain royal status or self-proclaim themselves as a ruler
