Dragons with associations with water - while many dragons in mythology are associated with water (Lambton wyrm found in a well, Chinese Dragon Kings each own a sea, etc.) this category is more reserved for dragons with a specific 'water dragon' vibe, they may have Aquakinetic Powers, or they may live in the water as aquatic or marine dragons.
