Draco Meteor is a unique special-attack move used by Dragon-Type Pokemon.
Description[]
When a pokemon uses Draco Meteor, it summons a swarm of fiery comets down from the sky to strike it's opponent. However, the exertion of doing so sharply lowers the special attack stat of the user, meaning that unless it's stat is raised back up, any following Draco Meteors, or any other special-attack moves, will be noticeably weaker. In the pokemon anime, pokemon do not seem to suffer this recoil.
Draco Meteor cannot naturally be learned by any pokemon. Rather, only most fully evolved dragon pokemon with maximum trust in their trainer can be taught this move by a tutor, usually post-plotline.
