When a Night Fury has an offspring with a Light Fury, they create the Night Light and there are three in existence. Dart, Pouncer, and Ruffrunner with another named Thunder, who was born 1300 years after the first night lights were born. The Night Light egg has a rough scale pattern and has a base color of black and little amounts of white. They have scales on their forehead, legs, and eyes like the Night Fury. They either have blue eyes like a Light Fury or green eye like a Night Fury. They have black and white areas all around them that are completely random and have multiple styles. Like their parents, they can also disappear by shooting a plasma blast and going through it so their scales heat up and have a mirror-like quality. Night Lights are the only remaining dragons in existence that have Night Fury DNA in them, aside from their father, the last pure Night Fury in existence.
It’s shown that there’s more Night Lights in existence as of The Nine realms with Thunder’s family consisting of his grandfather, the Elder Night Light, mother, father, and siblings.
