Gruff the Hobblegrunt is a Hobblegrunt appearing in the DreamWorks movie: How to Train Your Dragon 2

First Appearance 

He first appeared in the movie How to Train Your Dragon 2 by DreamWorks. He was rescued by Valka, the mother of the Great Dragon Tamer, Hiccup, and the wife of the Chief of Berk, Stoick the Vast. 

Past

Before living with Valka, Gruff was blinded by a Tree Snake, then he was "Left to do, alone and scared" as said by Valka, when she met her son after twenty years.
