Habits[]

Personality[]

Masterful politicians, Hellfire Wyrms cause havoc on the Material Plane through social manipulation, influencing critical figures into subverting to its agenda. The dragons are capable of manipulating several regional kingdoms at once, retaining a different identity for each one. It will do whatever it can to keep its identity a secret, no matter the consequences.[1]

Combat[]

The dragons are as cunning and tactical in combat as they are when manipulating their victims. Hellfire Wyrms typically attack from the air, utilizing their breath weapon and slinging mind-affecting spells at their foes.[1]

Powers and Abilities[]

Hellfire Wyrms breathe fire imbued with infernal energy, with one half of the damage they deal ignoring protective magic against normal fire. Additionally, they are immune to fire, sleep and paralysis effects, but are suspect to cold effects. As part of their infernal heritage, they can change into either the form of a Tiefling or a devil, and possess a fiendish aura that inflicts those in it with fire damage. Further, they can summon the demons barbazus, cornugons and gelugons.[1]

The dragons have a slew of spell-like abilities, which allows them to conjure and manipulate fire, bewitch foes, teleport vast distances, paralyze foes, dispel magical effects, become invisible, see through illusions, shapeshifting, magical darkness, invisibility, and into the ethereal plane, and disorientate divination effects that reveal auras.[1]
