A Metallic Dragon is a variety of dragon in the Dungeons & Dragons universe. They are the counterparts to the chromatic dragons. The 4th Editon Draconomicon raised the adamantines, cobalts, irons, mercuries, mithrals, oriums, and steels to metallic dragon status.
